Joseph Goebbels, 1897-1945. Nazi Germany provided great support to genocidal "greater" Albania movement during World War II.

"We enter parliament in order to supply ourselves, in the arsenal of democracy, with its own weapons. . . . If democracy is so stupid as to give us free tickets and salaries for this bear’s work, that is its affair. . . . We do not come as friends, nor even as neutrals. We come as enemies. As the wolf bursts into the flock, so we come."

Joseph Goebbels, minister of propaganda of Nazi Germany.
Der Angriff (Berlin, 30 April 1928).

Ibrahim Rugova, an Albanian seccesionist who publicly opposes the UCK (KLA/NLA) terror.

Skopje, 24.02.2002, (A1) - Two bitter enemies, Ibrahim Rugova and Hashim Tachi, allegedly stand at the verge of striking a power-sharing deal that would unblock the constituting the future Kosovo institutions.

According to Koha Ditore newspaper, Rugova will take the position of a President, and Tachi the position of a Prime Minister.

This dial voids the calculations about temporary compromise solution to include Bujar Bukoshi, a long time Prime Minister of Kosovo “government in exile.” Some sources claim that Bukoshi plans to return to the Protectorate of Kosovo (formally still part, i.e. an autonomous province, of Republic of Serbia, Federal Republic of Yugoslavia) to form his own party.

Michael Steiner, the highest formal authority in the Protectorate of Kosovo.

The current Kosovo administrator, Michael Steiner, the new head of the United Nations Interim Administration Mission in Kosovo (UNMIK), decreed that re-establishing the ties with Belgrade remains one of the main tasks to be commenced by the temporary Albanian institutions in Kosovo.

In the meantime, remnants of ethnically cleansed Serb minority in Kosovo warned that Tachi re-arms the supposedly disbanded and disarmed KLA/UÇK (renamed into KPC/TMK) in order to blackmail the international community.

Hashim Tachi, KLA warlord, suspected war criminal.

Nenad Radosavljevich, of the coalition Povratak [Return], stated that “Hashim Tachi activates and arms the KLA in order to provoke clashes with the international peacekeepers in Kosovo, so he can avoid extradition to [International in] Hague. If that happens, KFOR and UNMIK forces will not dare conflict KLA. They would retreat to their bases, leaving the Serb and other non-Albanian communities of Kosovo without any protection.”

UNMIK declined to comment this information.
